She has a special interest in paediatric and hand therapy and is passionate about helping children and families achieve their goals. Sharn’s friendly and caring approach creates a supportive space where clients feel comfortable and empowered.

As a Senior Occupational Therapist at The OT Room, Jess brings a decade of experience in adult and paediatric care. With expertise in neurological rehabilitation and hand therapy, she is committed to delivering evidence-based, high-quality interventions that achieve meaningful outcomes.

Kaylee Green
BSc (Hons.) Occupational Therapy
Kaylee joined the OT Room team in 2024. She brings experience from adult neurological and orthopaedic rehabilitation, with a particular passion for neurological rehabilitation and hand therapy. She supports clients to achieve their goals through a professional, holistic, and client-centred approach.

Caitlin Staines
BSc (Hons.) Occupational Therapy
Caitlin earned her occupational therapy degree from Oxford Brookes University and has a special passion for paediatric therapy. She loves to support children to develop their skills, confidence, and independence in a way that feels fun and engaging. Alongside this, she is developing her practice in hand therapy.

Stephanie Brown
BSc (Hons.) Occupational Therapy
Stephanie qualified as an Occupational Therapist at Oxford Brookes University in the UK where she also worked in the NHS. Whilst in the UK, she completed rotations in acute and elderly care as well all trauma and orthopaedics. Her special interests include school and clinic-based paediatric therapy as well as neurological rehabilitation.
